Through our Food Pantry Program, we offer fresh, perishable food items such as produce and low-fat dairy products directly to those in need.
Develop a resume, learn how to prepare and dress for an interview, connect with job-search resources. Additionally, some of our programs offer internships and paid work experiences.
Improve/upgrade math or reading skill levels and/or take classes to earn your high school equivalency diploma (Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC)).
This program is perfect for the beginner or the basic computer user that has been away from the computer for a while and needs to brush up on their basic skills.
Our nutrition programs teach adults about the new trends in nutrition and easy ways to prepare healthy, well-balanced meals and snacks. Participants will also receive tips about shopping on a budget and at the end of each class day, they will be provided with recipes and ingredients so they can recreate those meals at home.
Our fitness center provides a wide variety of exercise equipment for you to use for free. From free weights to resistance training machines to cardio machines to core stability equipment, you can exercise in lots of different ways because there are so many options available.
